ولد في السليمانية، كاتب وناقد ساخر صاحب جريدة حزبوز الفكاهية الساخرة الأسبوعية أصدرها عام ١٩٣١ واستمرت لغاية عام ١٩٣٨، بدأ حياته الصحفية عام ١٩١٧ يوم كان ضابطاً في الأستانة، وكان محرراً في جريدة إقدام وقره قوز التركيتين.
