ولد في ديالى كاتب ومصحح. رئيس تحرير صحيفة كه ل (الشعب) ١٩٨٤-١٩٩١ كان قياديا في حزب الشعب الديمقراطي الكردستاني ومسؤول الاعلام المركزي. له عدة مؤلفات صدر بعض منها والبعض الآخر في طريقها للإصدار، كتب في مختلف الصحف الكردية والعربية.
