رائد صحفي ولد في بغداد عام ١٨٨٢. أصدر جريدة العراق عام ١٩٢٠ وجعلها منبراً للكتاب الأحرار حتى سنة ١٩٤٦. وبعد توقفها أصدر مجلة (صوت العراق عام ١٩٥٠. توفي في بغداد عام ١٩٦٥).
